Sales and Leasing Executive Needed in Lekki

 

Location: Ajah/Lekki Axis, Lagos

Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and commercially savvy Sales and Leasing Executive in Lekki, Lagos to drive revenue growth through property sales and leasing activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market, particularly within the Lekki–Ajah corridor, and demonstrate proven ability in client acquisition, property marketing, and deal closure. This role is best suited for an individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and can independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Identify, source, and secure residential and commercial property listings within designated locations
  • Generate sales and leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate client viewings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants
  • Drive end-to-end sales and leasing processes, including negotiations and deal closure
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions
  • Capture property visuals (photos/videos) using company-provided tools (e.g., cameras, drones)
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities within the Lagos real estate sector

We’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management
  • Strong knowledge of the Lekki–Ajah property market
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close transactions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in presentations and content creation
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Must be able to drive and hold a valid driver’s licence

Compensation: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month + commission structure upon confirmation.
